09/01/07 If an annual license is revoked or suspended, or a conditional license is voided, the Department shall advise the public of such action. The notice to the public must be in the form of a paid legal notice in the local newspapers, published no more than fifteen (15) days after the termination, suspension or, revocation of the license.
