09/01/07 10.C.1. Means for the prompt detection and referral of health problems through adequate medical surveillance, periodic inspection and regular examinations;
09/01/07 10.C.2. Preventive and general care including:
a. Medical services-to maintain an optimum level of health and to prevent disability for each client;
b. Procedures for referral for specialized services by other physicians;
c. Agreements with providers of such services as laboratory and radiology.
