The purpose of this rule is to provide medically necessary physical therapy services to MaineCare members who are adults (age twenty-one (21) and over), who are not residing in a Nursing Facility (NF) or Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID), and who have rehabilitation potential; and to provide medically necessary physical therapy services to MaineCare members who are under age twenty-one (21).
