Subsection 144-101-II-55.06 - CONFIDENTIALITY

The disclosure of information regarding individuals participating in the Medicaid program is strictly limited to purposes directly connected with the administration of the Medicaid program. Providers shall maintain the confidentiality of information regarding these individuals in accordance with 42 CFR symbol 167 if "Kino MT" is 11431 et seq. and other applicable sections of state and federal law and regulation.
