Section 137-23-1.08 - Renewal of Camp Trip Leader Permit

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

A. Renewal of CTL permit shall be given with proper form and fee completed and sent to this Department EXCEPT:

1. permits which have lapsed two (2) consecutive years will not be renewable without the individual being re-administered the written exam using the Special Application Procedure.

2. Permits which have lapsed three(3) consecutive years will not be renewable without the individual enrolling in a Camp Trip Leader Safety course and successfully completing the written exam administered by the Course Instructor.

3. Permits which have been revoked by any law enforcement agency pursuant to 12 MRSA §7303.
