Section 137-23-1.07 - Failure of Camp Trip Leader Written Examination

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

A. Course candidates that fail the written exam administered by the Course Instructor may enroll in another CTL Safety course in the same season.

B. Course candidates that fail the written exam may apply under the Special Application Procedure if they meet all required prerequisites stated.

C. Special Application Procedure applicants that fail written exam administered by this Department may not re-apply for re-examination using the Special Application Procedure in the same season.

D. Special Application Procedure applicants that fail the written exam may enroll in a Camp Trip Leader Safety Course for re-examination in the same season.
