STATUTORY AUTHORITY: 12 MRSA §7035 (Note: this statute seems to have been repealed in 2003: 2003, c. 414, §A1 (RP). The 2013 filing which formally transfers the rule chapter to 09-137 shows the statutory authority to be 12 MRSA §§10104, 12859, and 12860 . According to the note below, the chapter was renumbered from Ch. 1 to Ch. 23 in 1996.)
