Section 096-693-1 - Purpose

This rule seeks to reduce releases of oil and hazardous substances to the environment by ensuring that operators of certain underground oil and hazardous substance storage facilities are properly trained. The requirements of this chapter are intended to satisfy the minimum training requirements specified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 6991i (2016).
