A. This chapter applies to any wastewater treatment plant in the State holding a state or federal pollutant discharge elimination system permit or a State waste discharge license under 38 M.R.S. §413.
B. This chapter applies to any person who is certified by the Department as an operator under the provisions of 32 M.R.S. §§4171-4182.
