Chapter 426 - RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE RETURNABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER LAW
Section 096-426-18 - Signs Conspicuously Posted

A. Each area of a Redemption Center where consumers tender returnable containers must have a "Warning Sign" conspicuously posted with the required wording specified by 38 M.R.S. §3106(10). Warning signs must be constructed of durable materials and printed in horizontal block form. Each letter of the warning sign must be in bold and measuring a minimum of 1 inch in height.

B. Member Dealers that do not provide the refund value to consumers for returned containers shall conspicuously post the name and address of the Redemption Center which serves the Dealer for purposes of redeeming returnable beverage containers of the Types, Size, and brand sold by the Dealer.
