Section 096-4-10 - Rights of Parties

Unless limited by stipulation or by the Board to prevent repetition or unreasonable delay in the proceeding, every party has the right to present evidence and arguments on all relevant issues, to call and examine witnesses, and to cross-examine any person present and testifying. The Presiding Officer may require that evidence and argument on certain issues be presented solely in writing.
