Section 096-3-8 - Rights of Parties

The opportunity for a hearing shall be afforded without undue delay. Unless limited by stipulation of the parties or order of the Presiding Officer under this rule, every party has the right to present evidence and argument on all issues in contention, and at any hearing to call and examine witnesses and to make oral cross-examination of any person present and testifying.
