Chapter 163 - RESIDENTIAL WOOD STOVE REPLACEMENT AND REBATE PROGRAM
Section 096-163-5 - Replacement Heating Appliance Rebates

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

Participating dealers may apply for one of the following rebates for replacement of an eligible uncertified woodstove:

A. For replacement with an EPA certified residential wood heater or pellet stove:

1 A $450 rebate; or

2 A $700 rebate for owners who demonstrate qualification for low income programs specified in subsection 3(B)(3) of this Chapter.

B. For replacement with a heating appliance, including, but not limited to vented gas stoves, with an annual fuel utilization efficiency of at least 85% as measured by ANSI Standard 103:

1 A $450 rebate; or

2 A $700 rebate for owners who demonstrate qualification for low income programs specified in subsection 3(B)(3) of this Chapter.
