Chapter 140 - PART 70 AIR EMISSION LICENSE REGULATIONS

SUMMARY: This regulation identifies the sources of air emissions that require a Part 70 air emission license and incorporates the requirements of Title IV and Title V of the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et seq.; and 38 MRSA, Section344 and Section 590. The pre-filing requirements and public notice requirements of this Chapter supersedes Rules Concerning the Processing of Applications and other Administrative Matters, 06-096 CMR 2, where applicable.
