Chapter 127 - NEW MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS
Section 096-127-1 - Scope/Applicability

A. This regulation applies statewide.
B. This regulation applies to:
(1) Any 2001 and subsequent
model-year passenger cars, light duty trucks or 2003 and subsequent model-year
medium-duty vehicles, and 2005 and 2006 model-year heavy-duty diesel engines
and vehicles.
(2) All 2008 and
subsequent model year heavy duty diesel engines and vehicles.
(3) Beginning with Model Year 2009,
manufacturers must meet the Zero Emissions Vehicle sales requirement.
(4) Beginning with Model Year 2009,
manufacturers must meet the greenhouse gas emission standards for passenger
cars, light-duty and medium duty passenger vehicles.
