Section 096-107-3 - Malfunction or Breakdown

Any person owning or operating pulp mills under the scope of this emission standard that malfunction or suffer a breakdown in any component part, which malfunction or breakdown causes this emission standard to be violated shall notify the Board within 48 hours in writing.
