A. Assistance by Educational Institution in Making Available Outside Employment
An educational institution which assists any agency, organization, business or person in making employment available to any of its students shall meet the following:
(1)
It shall take reasonable steps to assure that such employment is made available
without discrimination on the basis of sex; and
(2) It shall not render such services to any
agency, organization, business or person which discriminates on the basis of
sex in its employment practices; and shall issue that any employment
recruitment activities are offered to both male and female students in a
non-discriminatory manner.
