Section 392-1-1-32 - Retail pharmacy

"Retail pharmacy" is:

1. A pharmacy located in a retail store; or

2. A specialty pharmacy not located in a retail store, including but not limited to a closed-shop pharmacy, sterile compounding pharmacy, extended hospital pharmacy, opioid treatment program and retail supplier of medical oxygen.
