Chapter 4 - REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE AS A CERTIFIED ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELOR (CADC)
Section 384-4-5 - Written Examination

1. Passing Score Required

The applicant shall achieve a passing score on the written examination for certification designated by the board.

2. Applications With Incomplete Examination Scores

For applications submitted on or after the effective date of this chapter, all passing examination scores must be achieved and submitted to the board within 1 year after initial submission of the application. Applications with incomplete examination scores at the conclusion of this 1-year period will be discarded.

For applications submitted prior to the effective date of this chapter, all passing examination scores must be achieved and submitted to the board no later than November 1, 2005. Applications with incomplete examination scores after this date will be discarded. Upon adoption of this chapter, the board shall notify pending applicants of this requirement via first-class mail sent to the last known address of the applicant on file with the board.
