Section 384-3-2 - Change of Employment

an alcohol and drug counseling aide shall file with the board, on forms provided by the board, either an application for inactive status pursuant to 32 M.R.S.A. §§6203(5-A) and 6219-B or notice of new employment. A licensee on inactive status shall file a notice of new employment with the board when applying for reinstatement to active status pursuant to 32 M.R.S.A. §6219-B(2).
