A. Final Board decisions regarding disciplinary actions may be appealed to Administrative Court pursuant to 10 M.R.S.A. section 8003 and 5 M.R.S.A. section 5 M.R.S.A.section 10051(3).
B. Final Board decisions regarding action taken on applications for licensure may be appealed to Superior Court pursuant to 5 M.R.S.A. sections11001 - 11008.
