Summary: This chapter sets forth the requirements for initial and renewal registrations in the following categories: moderate levels of sedation, deep sedation or general anesthesia, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide analgesia, and denturist trainee for the purpose of completing supervised, clinical experience.
