Summary: This chapter sets forth the practice requirements as noted for individuals licensed under the Maine Dental Practice Act. Failure to adhere to the practice requirements may result in disciplinary action taken pursuant to 32 M.R.S. §18325 and 10 M.R.S. §8003(5-A).
