Veterinarians shall maintain adequate medical records, which includes:
A. Chief presenting complaint of patient;
B. Findings of physical examination;
C. Results of laboratory, radiographic, or any other diagnostic procedures;
D. Differential diagnosis; and
E. Treatment given, including any surgical procedures, drugs with route of administration, and dosage.
