Section 285-2-4 - Maine Jurisprudence Examination

The board shall prepare, administer and grade an examination on Maine veterinary laws and rules. The passing score for the jurisprudence examination is 70%. An applicant who fails the jurisprudence examination may retake the exam after a 30-day waiting period.
