A. Expiration. All lift mechanic licenses expire on August 31.
B. Eligibility for Renewal. To renew a lift mechanic's license, an applicant must comply with 32 M.R.S. §15216-C. A license may be renewed up to 90 days after expiration upon payment of a late fee in addition to the renewal fee.
