SUMMARY: This chapter sets forth the right of an applicant or a registrant to appeal certain regulatory actions. This chapter also specifies the enforcement and disciplinary procedures used by the Office.
NOTE: Specialized terms used in this chapter are defined in 9 M.R.S.A. §5003.
