The Department shall maintain a record of all business conducted by it pursuant to 32 M.R.S.A Chapter 125 and shall preserve, subject to the provisions of 5 M.R.S.A. Chapter 6, all books, documents and papers entrusted to its care. Records shall be opened to public inspection subject to 1 M.R.S.A. Chapter 13 and other applicable laws.
