SUMMARY: This chapter explains how charitable organizations and professional solicitors shall calculate their remittances and retentions from the prior year in order to comply with the requirement to file an annual report of the prior year's fundraising activity.
NOTE: Specialized terms used in this chapter are defined in 9 M.R.S.A. §5003.
