"Off-Site classroom," "classroom expansion," or "satellite classroom" is space suitable for purposes of conducting classroom sessions at a location outside and away, but within a reasonable distance, from a licensed school for purposes of handling excess student population on a temporary basis. The facility may eventually become a permanent fixture if the facility meets all school licensing requirements for the type of service rendered, such as theory classroom, practice laboratory and/or client-based clinic.
