"Clean" means free from hair, dirt, stains, debris, and other impurities. "Clean" also means the removal of hair, dirt, stains, debris, and other impurities by washing, sweeping, clearing away, sanitizing, disinfecting or any other appropriate method that results in removing visible dirt, debris, and many disease-causing contaminants from tools, implements and equipment.
