Chapter 542 - MODEL RESCISSION OFFER FORMS

Summary: This chapter adopts the "Unregistered Security Rescission Offer Form" and the "Unlicensed Broker-Dealer Rescission Offer Form" as model forms that issuers may use to offer rescission to investors pursuant to 32 M.R.S.A. §16510.
