This rule shall become effective January 1, 2000. The 2016 amendments are effective August 8, 2016.
(Drafting Note: The intent of the proposal is that the 2016 amendments will be effective five days after filing of the final adopted amendments with the Office of the Secretary of State as permitted by theMaine Administrative Procedure Act .
