Chapter 780 - ACTUARIAL OPINION AND MEMORANDUM
Section 031-780-2 - Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to prescribe:

A. Requirements for statements of actuarial opinion that are to be submitted in accordance with Title 24-A M.R.S.A. Section952-A, and for memoranda in support thereof,

B. Rules applicable to the appointment of an appointed actuary; and

C. Guidance as to the meaning of "adequacy of reserves."
