Article III - Applicability and Scope

This rule shall apply to:
a. the conditions pursuant to which variable life contracts may be marketed in this state;
b. the qualifications of insurers to be authorized to issue such contracts;
c. the required policy form and provisions for issue of such coverage in this state;
d. the manner in which separate account assets are to be maintained and reported supporting issued contracts; and
e. the qualifications of agents to be authorized to sell variable life insurance policies in this state.
