Section 030-245-III - APPLICABILITY

Current through 2024-38, September 18, 2024

Pursuant to 10 M.R.S.A. §363, this rule applies only to student loans made on or after August 1, 2000 that are funded in whole or in part with proceeds of tax-exempt bonds utilizing state ceiling.
