Section 030-110-2 - INFORMATION AND SUBMISSIONS OF REQUESTS

A. All papers, records and all other property relating to the Maine Consumer Credit Code shall be maintained and filed in the Office of the Administrator.
B. All communications shall be made to the Administrator of the Maine Consumer Credit Code and the record of such communications kept in said office.
C. Information regarding the Code and requests for forms for filing notification and application forms for Supervised Lenders' licenses may be obtained from the Office of the Administrator. These include: the annual notification forms (MCCC-1 and the MCCC-2); the application for a Supervised Lender's license (MCCC-3); the bond form (MCCC-4) that must accompany the Supervised Lender's application; and the annual notification form for "arrangers of credit" (MCCC-5) .
