Rule 020-3-4 - Who May File Complaints

Any handler, producer, qualified association or association of producers within the definitions provided by 13 MRSA11955, may file a complaint alleging an unfair practice within the meaning of 13 MRSA §1965, or request any hearing which is properly held by the Board. When a complaint has been filed by a qualified association or association of producers on behalf of one or more producers, that individual producer or producers may not file a separate complaint regarding the same alleged unfair practice.
