Rule 020-3-11 - Notice to the Public

Notice to the public, when given by the Board, shall be given as follows:
A. By publication at least twice in a newspaper of general circulation in the area of the state affected; and
B. By publication in any other trader industry professional or interest group publication which the Board deems effective in reaching persons who would be entitled to intervene as of right under Title 5 MRSA section9054, subsection 1 and;
C. In any other manner deemed appropriate by the Board.
