A. Each accredited association of producers shall file an annual report with the Board by February 1. This report shall include:
1. The names
and addresses of the association's officers and members who actually will
bargain with a particular handler.
2. An accounting of the association's
expenses in providing bargaining services.
3. Dues and fees received from members and
non-members.
4. A copy of the
association's latest financial statement.
5. Any changes in bylaws since the previous
annual report.
