A person who fails to properly dispose of cull potatoes as required by this rule commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture not to exceed $1000.00 may be assessed for each violation. In addition, a forfeiture not to exceed $200.00 may be assessed for each succeeding day that a violation continues.
