The Commissioner or his/her designee may enter private property to effectuate the disposal of cull potatoes and to inspect disposal methods to determine if proper disposal has taken place.
If cull potatoes are found which have not been properly disposed of, the Commissioner may dispose of them at the owners expense, to prevent the spread of disease.
