A. For the purposes of enforcement of Section 717(4) of the Act the Commissioner adopts the following as current good manufacturing practices:
1. The regulations prescribing good
manufacturing practices for medicated feeds as published in the Code of Federal
Regulations, Title 21, Part 133, Sections 133.100-133.110.
2. The regulations prescribing good
manufacturing practices for medicated premixes as published in the Code of
Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 133, Sections 133.200-133.210.
