SUMMARY: This chapter establishes a quarantine against the Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis)(EAB) to prevent its movement from infested areas outside the State and parts of Aroostook and Oxford Counties and all of Cumberland and York Counties with in the State to uninfested parts of the State, in order to protect Maine's forest, ornamental tree and timber resources.
