Chapter 272 - EUROPEAN LARCH CANKER QUARANTINE

SUMMARY: This chapter establishes a quarantine against the European larch canker to prevent its movement from parts of Hancock, Knox, Lincoln, Waldo and Washington Counties to other parts of the State, in order to protect Maine's forest and timber resources.
