The Commissioner may act, in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, to suspend or revoke licenses of manufacturers or licensed users for violation of any of the terms mentioned above. The accumulation of three or more violations involving misrepresentation of quality, condition, size or other physical characteristics of the product in connection with the use of the State of Maine Quality Trademark in any fiscal year, shall be sufficient cause for the commencement of an action to suspend or revoke the license.
