A. If applicable, contractors and subcontractors shall secure and maintain comprehensive public general liability insurance, including but not limited to:
1.
bodily injury;
2. property
damage;
3. contractual
liability;
4. products liability;
and
5. owner's protective
liability, with combined single limits of $500,000 per occurrence with a
minimum aggregate of $1,000,000.
