A. Seed Dealer's License. The annual fee for a seed dealers license shall be $150. The seed dealers license shall be renewed annually, and is based on the fiscal year July 1 through June 30.
B. Laboratory and Sampling Fees. The following laboratory and sampling fees shall be applicable to all seed testing conducted by LDAF.
