Section VII-1715 - Payment Requirements

A. If progress and/or completion of services are provided to the satisfaction of LRS, payments are to be made as specified in the contract agreement, stipulating rate or standard of payment, billing intervals, and invoicing provisions.
B. Withholding of Payments
1. Payments for proper charges
incurred by grantees will not be withheld unless:
a. the grantee has failed to comply with
reporting requirements; or
b. the
grant is suspended.
2.
Cash withheld for failure to comply with reporting requirements, but without
suspension of the grant will be released to the grantee upon subsequent
compliance. When a grant is suspended payment adjustments will be made in
accordance with §1733
