A. The Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 2014, as amended through P.L. 114-95, enacted December 10, 2015, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.

C. Louisiana Revised Statutes
1. Act 939 of the 2010 Legislative Session
transferred programs operated by LRS from the Department of Social Services to
Louisiana Workforce Commission.

Act 19 of 1988 effected the merger of the Division of Rehabilitation Services
with the Division of Blind Services to form Louisiana Rehabilitation
Services.
3. Act 109 of 1984,

authorized the State Use Law.
